He was born on September 29th 1925 in Belfast, he was the son of Fred and Maude (Herrick) Jones.
He served in the National Guard.
He was a Counselor for many years at the Hope House in Bangor, Maine.
He was predeceased by his wife; Leola (Knox) Jones, two sons, three brothers and one sister.
