Levi Franklin Anderson, 89 of Wrightsville, entered into eternal rest, Thursday, June 20, 2013 at his residence after an extended illness. Mr. Anderson has lived in Johnson County all of his life. He was born October 19, 1923 to the late William and Annie Lou Mercer Anderson.
Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by four brothers, Tom, Cecil, Paul, and Roy Anderson; one sister, Myrtle Fulford; one son, Johnny Anderson and one infant daughter, Brenda Anderson.
Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon, June 23, 2013 at 3:00P.M. at Beulah Baptist Church in Wrightsville. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Jimmy Thigpen will be the officiating minister.
Visitation will be held at Brantley-Powell Funeral Home Saturday, June 22, 2013 from 6 to 8P.M.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be given to Hospice of Laurens County at 205 North Franklin Street, Dublin, GA 31021.
