Day Samuel Cook was the first born of Alfred and Emma Cook, born 22 December, 1883 in Cleveland,
Tennessee. In 1891 after Isaiah's death, Alfred and his family moved to Boazeman, Montana and opened a Blacksmith Shop. Alfred died in Montana in 1913. Day Samuel Cook returned to Etowah, Tennessee where he met and married Maggie Burnette, Davis during the spring of 1931. Day died 14 November, 1968 in Missouri.
