Carrie's death certificate says she was the daughter of George and Sarah Baldwin, however it appears George was possibly Sarah's brother. Sarah Ann (Baldwin) Loflin was born in Cecil County, Md. Loflin is her married name. Carrie had a half-sister, Eva Viola (Loflin) Elwood, who's father was John Loflin. Carrie and Eva are both listed on Sarah Loflin's Delaware probate record as daughters. Sarah's death record shows her as interred in Riverview Cemetary, but i haven't found her grave yet.
