She was born on Nov.18,1955 in Wewahitchka, Gulf Co., Florida and died of encephalitis on May 5, 1959 at Children's Hospital in Pensacola, Escambia, Florida. She was the paternal granddaughter of the late Collis Robert and Elizabeth Mae White Weeks of Altha, Calhoun Co., Florida and the late John Elton "Elk" Fortner and Dora Viola Vickers Fortner Dawkins both of Wewahitchka, Gulf Co., Florida.
She was survived by her sister Barbara Ann Weeks and her brother Robert Dewayne Weeks. One brother Ray Allen Weeks was born 3+ years after her death.
