Carlton Boldig Services Friday
Funeral services for Carlton Boldig, 81, rural Tigerton, who died early Tuesday in Shawano, will be held Friday, March 26 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Town of Morris.
Rev. Robert Amundson will officiate at the 2 p.m. services and interment will be in the parish cemetery. The Schmidt Funeral Home of Wittenberg is in charge of arrangements. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Thursday until noon Friday and then at the church until time of rites.
Mr. Boldig was born July 4, 1888 in the Township of Morris, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Boldig. He worked in the Morris area as a farm hand until his retirement. He never married.
Survivors include three brothers, a sister and several nieces and nephews. the brothers are Waldemar Boldig, Jacksonville, Florida; Lester Boldig, Shawano, and Kermit of Franksville. The sister is Mrs. Joan Roever, Marshfield.
