Aunt Sis was 2nd daughter of James Randall Gentry and Pearl Eldora Garde Faulkner Gentry. She married Kenneth Blake in Connecticut and they had a son Kenneth Blake. After divorce she met and then married Melvin Buddy Bates. Their children are Melva Sue Bates, Bobby Lynn Bates,
James Jimbo Bates Richard Bates and Dana Bates. St.Louis Mo. was the family home for the many years. Sissy was a wonderful daughter and loving mother and wife. The ever present smile and positive faith is missed by all who had the joy of being part of her life.
