The families of Jacob Addy, Rev. Levi Bedenbaugh and five others migrated from South Carolina to Coweta County, Georgia in 1839 or 1844 depending on the source (History of Coweta County, Georgia). Jacob and his family settled on a large tract of land in the Haralson District. He was a successful farmer and accumulated considerable property, both lands and slaves. Jacob and Mary had five daughters and four sons, three of whom died in the Civil War.
Mary's maiden name is RAWLS. (S on the end) I have not only researched the Rawls family, but I am descended from Jesse Cyrus Rawls and Martha Jane Bellah through their daughter Francisca.
Also, you have miscounted the male and female children of Jacob Addy and Mary Rawls. They had 5 sons and 4 daughters.
Finally, Mary died 20 Nov in 1850.
