The Fairfax County Inventory of Historic Sites Report on Turley Hall says this:

Turley Hall was built by Alexander Turley on land given to him by his father, Charles Turley. Charles Turley's will, probated in 1824, indicates that he leaves his son Alexander the land he had already given him. Charles Turley also stated that he desired to be buried "...near a large cherry tree on the land I gave to my son Alexander Turley..."

It is possible that Charles Turley was buried at a large cherry tree somewhere on Alexander's property, and that later burials, such as Fanny E. B. Willcoxon and Gertrude Willcoxon, took place at a different spot on the grounds of Turley Hall. But it doesn't seem likely. It seems more reasonable that they would all be buried in the same area.
