PLAINFIELD — Joseph Frederick Luther, 37, died Friday at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Plainfield.

He was born April 23, 1955, in Marion County. His father was Clifford F. Luther. His mother is Virginia (Mullen) Luther of Franklin.

Survivors include a brother, Joe Luther of Spearsville; three sisters, Catherine Smith of Morgantown; Lynda Leslie and Missy Bufore, both of Speedway; two nieces and two nephews.

He was a 1975 graduate of Avon High School. He was a member of the Bass Masters Fishing Club. He was employed by Speedy Inc. Air Freight in Indianapolis as a truck driver for 11 years.

The Rev. Andy Arnett was to conduct a service at 2 p.m. today at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home in Morgantown. Burial will be at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown.
