He is survived by the following sisters and brothers, Mrs. Charles Waltrick, Miss Edna Hetrick, Miss Jean Hetrick, all of town; Mrs. Marion Waters of Philadelphia; Mrs. Richard Pollard of Falmouth, VA; Mrs. Jacob Hepfer, George Hetrick, Herbert Hetrick, all of Pleasant Hall; William Hetrick, New York City and James Hetrick, St. Louis.
