Albert J. Moore, 84, of Glassboro, passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2011, in Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Washington Twp., NJ. Born in Runnemede, he has been a resident of Glassboro for the past 57 years. From 1944-1946, he served with the U.S. Navy and was employed as a Chemical Operator at DuPont's in Gibbstown, NJ, for 37 years, retiring in 1984. A member of the Church of St. Bridget in Glassboro, he was an avid bowler and enjoyed saltwater fishing, boating and traveling.

Predeceased by his wife and mother of his children, Caroline A. Moore, nee Kiker, he is survived by his wife, Estella; his 2 daughters, Linda Van Dusen (Bill) and Patricia Ricci, of Glassboro; his 2 sons, Albert J. Moore, Jr. (Barbara) of Sewell and Thomas O. Moore (Ann-Marie) of Millville; and his granddaughter, Kelly Rolf.

Mass of the Resurrection at St. Bridget's Church followed by Entombment in New St. Mary's Cemetery were private at the convenience of the family.
