She was born on March 25th 1867 in Lake Placid, N.Y., and had lived in Burlington, Vt. for about 60 years.
She was a member of St. Anne's Society of the Cathedral Parish Church, a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters and had attended the Cathedral Parish Church since coming to Burlington, Vt.
She is survived by two daughters; Mrs. James J. Carney and Mrs. Edward J. McGinnis, Waban, Mass., two sons; Arthur E. Hayes and William J. Hayes, both of Burlington, Vt., and 13 grandchildren.
