Tom BURKET's little fifteen-month old boy, died Monday night, after lingering between life and death for several weeks. Mr. BURKET had taken it to Hochheim to Mr. Bart BURKET's Sunday, and the little boy becoming so much worse, they were unable to return and it died there Monday night about midnight. The burial took place at the K. of P. cemetery Tuesday eve. Mr. and Mrs. BURKET have the sympathy of a host in their sad bereavement.

"'Tis God," the silent voice of hope and trust,
Speaks to each heart of earth and dust,
"'Tis God whose tender sheltering love,
Will guard thy loved one in Heaven above."
