Betty M. Troseth
Betty Marie Troseth, 82, of Longview passed away Nov. 8, 2012, at home after a long battle with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
She was born Oct. 17, 1930, in Velva, N.D., to Althea (Schaefer) and Richard Wilson, and lived most of her life in the local area.
Betty is survived by her husband, Marvin L. Troseth, at home; three children, Julia Karr, James (Cheryl) Karr and Susan (David) Keegan, all of Longview; a brother, Allan Hage of Scottsdale, Ariz.; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl C. Keeton; and a sister, Lois Van Zwol.
At her request, no service will be held.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Home Health & Hospice, P.O. Box 2067, Longview, WA 98632.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Columbia Funeral Service.
