Mr. Finnegan was born October 16, 1903, in Montpelier, son of Ben and Eleanor (Naze) Finnegan. He and Florence Alvine Hendrickson were married October 25, 1927, in Jamestown. The couple moved to Longmont in 1961. He had been a custodian in the public schools. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters and sons-in-law, LaVonne and David Bear, Jamestown, Shirley and Thomas Robson, Longmont, and Connie Rae and Howard Osborn, Mitchell, NB; two sisters, Eleanor Finnegan and Natlie Nystrum, both of Portland, OR; five grandchildren , six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
