"Paul Lynn Tollestrup, 67, died Friday, March 3, 1995 at the American Fork Hospital.

He was born February 12, 1928 in Huntington, Utah, a son of Marinus Pose and Elsie Ward Tollestrup. He married Canh Ti Phan in October of 1978 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She died July 22, 1993. He had lived in Huntington and Clear Creek, Utah, moving to Salt Lake City in 1936. He was a member of the Lindon 11th LDS Ward. He served with the U.S. Army Air Corps after World War II. Mr. Tollestrup worked as a civil servant for the U.S. Air Force and had been stationed at different times of his life in England, France, Hawaii, California, and had spent eight years in Vietnam. He was an avid fisherman and world traveler. He was a 32nd Degree Mason.Surviving are nine children, Vickie Lee Applegate, Liberty Lake, Wash.; Robyn Lynn Eldard, Florida; Kristie Jo Browning, Boise, Idaho; David Paul Tollestrup, Yuma, Ariz.; Andrea Sue Malang, Boise, Idaho; D. Scott Tollestrup, Orem; Danny Phan Tollestrup, Jason Phan Tollestrup and Derek Phan Tollestrup, all of Lindon; 18 grandchildren. Also surviving are one sister and three brothers, Joan Marie Woolley, Alhambra, Calif; William Austin Tollestrup, Sparks, Nevada; Garn Alvin Tollestrup, Salt Lake City; Michael D. Tollestrup, Sacramento, Calif...."
