George and Leonora were married on February 15, 1898 in the home of the brides father Col D P Sharpe. Leonora died as a result of child birth. The child was born 26 Dec 1898 and died 2 Jun 1899. Grave of the child is unknown. Before her marriage she served as the organist and Sunday school teacher at the Baptist church in Jamison, SC.
