Thomas Garland Allen Sr. was the son of Albert "Griff" and Amanda Maude Scott Allen, Sr. Mr. Allen was a school bus driver with 18 years of service. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Albert R. Allen, Jr. and Arnold E. Allen. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Evelyn Hess Allen; a son, Thomas G. Allen Jr., of Daniels; two grandchildren, Craig Allen and Miranda Allen, both of Beckley, and a great-granddaughter, Victoria Allen of Beckley. Arrangements by Calfee Funeral Home, Beckley.
