Leona Boehm, 73, Washington, died Sunday September 3, 1995, at Cedarcrest Manor Nursing Home, Washington. Mrs. Boehm, daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine Haberberger, nee Hagedorn, was born April 26, 1922, in
Washington. She grew up and received her education in the Washington area.
October 3, 1970, she was united in marriage to Joseph Boehm.
She was a member of St. Francis Borgia Church, St. Francis Ladies Sodality and the Third Order of the Secular Franciscans.
Mrs. Boehm was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joe Boehm; and one sister, Mary Pate.
She is survived by one son, Dennis Worley and wife Sandi,
Austin, Texas; one daughter, Katherine Voss and husband Jim, Washington; one brother, Harry Haberberger, Washington; four sisters, Bernice Briggs and husband Ivan, Washington, Adele McCrary and husband George, St. Louis, Betty Edwards, Jefferson City, and Agnes DePaw and husband John, St. Louis; one brother in law, Walter Pate, Washington; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral Mass was celebrated Wednesday, September 6, at St. Francis Borgia Church, with Father Jack Costello officiating.
Interment was in St. Francis Borgia Cemetery.
The Boehm was served by Miller Funeral Home,Washington.
