Prayer services for Jordan Winston Anderson of Nashville were conducted in that city at 9:30 a.m. Friday, October 2, at Eastland Funeral Home, Final rites were held here at 12:00 o'clock from the Burristown Church of Christ with Bro. Charles Burges officiating. Interment was in Lynn Cemetery.

Mr. Anderson died in a Nashville Hospital on Wednesday, September 30, 1970, following an extended illness. He was 68 years old. A native of Jackson County, he was the son of the late Willie and Pennygrass Anderson. He was a retired factory worker and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Avo Rhoten Anderson; three sons: Doyle, Lloyd and Alonzo Anderson, all of Nashville; a daughter, Mrs. Maggie Beasley, Nashville: three brothers: Rufus, George and Bryant Anderson; three sisters: Mrs. Ruby Cobb, Orlando, Florida, Mrs. Fannie B. Smith, Cookeville and Mrs. Annie Manners; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Eastland Funeral Home, Nashville, was in charge of arrangements.
