Died--At her home, near this city, August 1st, Mrs. Anna Maria Ewing, relict of Hon. Thompson L. Ewing, aged 58 years.
Mrs. Ewing was a most estimable lady, beloved by all who knew her for her many womanly virtues and graces. She was the sister of Messrs. Edward, Arnold and Upton Winsor. She leaves eight living children, Eugene, Arnold. Thompson, Henry, Maria, Bettie, Ida and Lee. One of her children preceded her to the grave, Isadora, wife of John E. Burden, Esq. The funeral sermon was preached at the residence by Rev. G.W. Walker, and her remains were deposited in Machpelah cemetery by the hands of loving friends.
