Eubank Farmer
Dies May 5th
Everett Estes, age 82, of Route 2, Eubank, died May 5 at his residence after an illness of several years.
He was a farmer and had lived here all his life. He was a member of the Eubank Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Mr. Eli and Mrs. Lucinda Floyd Estes.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Clauda Herrin Estes; two children, Mrs. Lavena Diamond and Mrs. Laverne Shell, both of Eubank; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services were conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Eubank Baptist Church by the Rev. Owen Edwards and the Rev. Hershal Watson.
Burial was in the Eubank Cemetery.
