NORTHVILLE, May 9—Miles R.
Frasier died yesterday forenoon at 10
o'clock at a sanitarium at Utica where
he had been for a treatment early last
summer. He was 68 years old. He had
been in declining health for several
years due principally to hard work and
a nervous breakdown. He was at this
place a couple of years ago, and it was
thought he had improved so that he re-
turned to his home. Later he suffered a
relapse and returned to the sanitarium
for treatment. His remains were
brought to his late home on Baker street
late last night. He was well known to
a large circle of friends as his life had
been spent mostly in the Sacandaga Valley,
where he was born. During his active
life he was a faithful attendant at
the Holiness Mission until his health
began to decline. His survivors are his
wife, eight daughters, Mrs. Marian Faville,
Mrs. Elizabeth Rice of Gloversville,
Mrs. Esther Warner of Mayfield, the
Misses Rachel Frasier and Jean Frasier
of Gloversville, Mrs. Doris Biron of
Northville, Miss Roberteau Frasier and
Miss Eighmey Frasier who live at home.
Seven sons; Henry Frasier of
Cranberry Creek, Daniel Frasier
and Lincoln of Northville;
Brayton Frasier, Gilbert Frasier, Robert
Frasier and Orrin Frasier who lived
at home; one sister, Mrs. Jennie Willet
of Caroga Lake; four brothers, Ora
Frasier and George Frasier of Osborn
Bridge, and Rev. Delbert Frasier of
Wells and sixteen grandchildren. His
funeral will be held from his late home
Wednesday afternoon at 2:30, daylight
saving time. Rev. A. Elwood Blann of
the Holiness Mission will officiate.
Interment will be made in Prospect Hill
cemetery in this village.
