Johnny Allen "Cooter" Cash, 64, of Jasper, TN, passed away, Saturday, July 6, 2013, at his home.
Mr. Cash was of the Baptist faith and retired from Tennessee Consolidated Coal Company and Boilmaker 454.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde "Goat" and Kathleen Young Cash; brothers, John, George Ed, Tommy and Dave Cash; and sisters, Willie Clyde Cartwright, Martha Taylor, Sue Roberson, Kathy Nelson, Linda Wilson, Diane Griffith and Betty J. Peade.
He is survived by his wife, Delores Belk Cash; son, Rodney Cash; sisters, Louise King, Nora "Sug" Jordan and Dean Collins; brother, Don Cash; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. CDT, on Wednesday, July 10, with Bro. Roger Webb officiating.Interment will follow in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be, Adam Blevins, Al Dial, Eddie Dial, Bones Holloway, Billy Mason, Johnny Sisk, David Webb and Tim Webb. The members of Boilmaker Local 454 will serve as honorary pallbearers.
