CONCORDIA - Abbey, Don Edwin, 63, formerly of Concordia, passed into the arms of God, Oct. 12, 2004 following a long illness.
Survivors: wife, Beverly; daughters, Lisa Jones, Rose Hill, Lynette Anderson, Odessa, TX, Lana Doherty, McKinney, TX; parents, Don & Leola Abbey, Concordia; sisters, Evonne Moe, Glasco, Alta Jean Ginn, Great Falls, VA; Beverly's sons, Gerald Jr., Larry & Craig Cobb; 12 grandchildren.
Don graduated from Concordia High School in 1959. He retired from management with Walgreen's in Albuquerque, having enjoyed a long and rewarding career. Private memorial services pending. In lieu of flowers, memorials: Presbyterian Health Services, Hospice Homecare, PO Box 26666, 87125
