Wladyslaw "Wally" "Bladis" Ptak, age 84. Beloved Husband of Emma Rosa, nee Chavez, for 63 wonderful years. Loving Father of Kathie A. (the late Ken) Parks, Joseph K. (Maria) and John B. (Maria) Ptak, Anna M. (Mike) Lieberman and Susan D. (Harold) Earle. Cherished Grandfather of Ben and Andrew Parks, Bianca Ptak, Rob (Jessica) Ptak, Stefanie (Vince) Ridolfo, Christina (Kyle) Mead, Cassie Ptak, Joshua (Rachel) and Stephen Lieberman, Chris, Bryan, Mike and Steve Earle. Great Grandfather of Kody and Noah Parks and Lucas Ptak. Dear Brother of Marianna and Ana, of Poland, and the late Bolek, Boleslaw, Janina and Josef. Fond Uncle of many. Wally had an incredible life. A WWII survivor, in the Polish Underground Army, he immigrated to Peru and married Emma. He and his family moved to the U.S. in 1960 and became a proud U.S. Citizen. He was a devoted family man. He valued freedom, justice, education, and was a proud Democrat.
