Melville, Ontario in Peel County.
Children:
(1) Thomas James (May 1852) married first
Clara A. Smith (on Dec. 25, 1876), second
to Alice Osborne, and third to Frances
Norton. He was in NY state on 1900
census with second wife.

(2) Sarah Jane (1853-1936) twin, married
George W. Murphy. Children - Charles (1871-
1871), William J. (1975- ), Arthur (1880- )
and Lydia Mable (1884- )

(3) Mary Emily "Emma" (Jul. 2,1853-aft.1915)
twin, married Allan Edward Sherwin, s/o
Joseph and Grace Sherwin, widower with
children, on Sept. 9, 1895 in Toronto.
They moved to Assiniboia, SK. They had
no children.

(4) Florence Nightingale (1856-1930)
married Charles Smith Hinman. Children -
Sara Beatrice (1891- ) m. Gerald Talcott;
Harriet Amelia (1896- )

Bianca Permelia Whitney in 1881.
