Margie Gladys Smith 86, of Pilot Mt., NC passed away Friday July 12, 2013 at her residence.
Mrs. Smith is preceded in death by her husband, Walter T. Smith, an infant son, and a grandson, Jeffery Moxley, Son-in –law, William Mayberry.
Also preceding her in death are her parents, Frazier Bostic and Ada Morris Bostic.
Survivors include her children; Walter S. Smith and wife, Betty, of Galax, Robert Smith and wife, Jaime, of Mt. Airy, Juanita Smith, of Pilot Mt., Connie Mayberry, of Galax, Shirley Moxley and husband, Samuel, of Mt. Airy., Tabatha Smith and Fiancé Jamie Hannah, Snow Hill,NC. She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren and 31 Great- Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday July 16, 2013 at 1:00 PM in Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel in Hillsville with Pastor Jerry King officiating.
The burial will follow in the Howlett Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday July 15, 2013 from 6 until 8 PM at the funeral home.
