Anne’s father was born on the tenant farm Baglien under Dalen and her mother on the farm Søre (south) Veslum, both in Kvikne, Nord-Fron. Anne was confirmed 22 Apr 1900 at the Kvikne Church, where she was rated “good +” in her studies. She still lived at Kantrud.
