Mrs. Luce fell on May 29th and fractured her right hip. She recovered from the shock of this, but failed later. Death, however came suddenly.

Her hobby was piecing quilts, a hobby she continued up to the time her eyes failed a short while back.

Mother of Floyd E. Luce of Erie and Mrs. Earl (Maude) Batton of North East.
