Scheduled Today

Funeral services for Aubin E. Fincher, 46, of Harlingen, Tex., a former resident of Shreveport who died Friday in Harlingen, will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Osborn Chapel with the Rev. Tracy Arnold officiating. Burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery.

A native of Athens, Mr. Fincher had lived in Shreveport for four years and was a Veteran Hospital social worker. He moved to Harlingen in 1955 and was an insurance office manager there.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Nell M. Fincher of Harlingen; one stepson, Don Montgomery of Shreveport; his mother, Mrs. Emma Fincher of Minden; two brothers, Roy and Clyde Fincher, both of Minden; and one sister, Mrs. Julia F. Foster, Florida.

Pallbearers will be Lester Swer, E.F. Kemp, G.D. Sims, Elliott O'Rear, T.H. Wheeler, and G.F. Moore.
