Mr. William Joshua Armstrong, 86
Services for Mr. William Joshua Armstrong, 86, of Muskegon, Michigan, who died on Friday, June 10, 1988, in Muskegon, were held on Monday, June 13, at McDonald Funeral Home in Centerville.
The service was conducted by Bro. Bill McDonald and was followed by burial in Cagle Cemetery.
A native of Lyon, Kentucky, Mr. Armstrong was the husband of Betty Chandler Armstrong, and the son of the late James W. and Mary Vinyard Armstrong. He was a factory worker, and was a member of the Evanston Ave. Church of Christ in Muskegon.
In addition to his wife, he leaves eight daughters, Mary Cole, Anna Ruth Slagle, Peggy French, and Martha McCarty, all of Muskegon, Roberta Childres of Clarksville, Margie Chamberlain of Humboldt, Betty French of Junction City, Kansas, and Lana Ashley of Hesperia, Michigan, 23 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
