HENRIETTA BEACH, 83, of the Page Manor, Athens, formerly of
East Smithfield, died March 6, 1993. She was a member of the East Smithfield
United Methodist Church where she was past president of the United Methodist
Women; a member of the Firemen's Ladies Auxiliary and was a 4-H leader for many
years where she was a sewing leader.
Mrs. Beach was active with the Elder Guild; a member of Robert Packer Auxiliary
and served as a past officer at the Page Manor.
Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis and William Jackson, Troy;
two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Grace Beach, McAllisterville and
George and Kathy Beach, Sayre; daughter-in-law, Juanita (Jackie) Beach,
Millerton; one sister, Blanche Case, Sylvania; one-sister-in-law, Helen Swingle,
Canton; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Clarence Beach in 1966, one son, Duane
Beach, 1985, and one grandson, Michael Jackson, 1968.
Services were held at the East Smithfield United Methodist Church March 9, with
the Rev. John C. Feaster officiating. Burial was in the Union Cemetery, East
Smithfield. Arrangements were under the direction of the Vickery Funeral Home,
Troy. Memorial donations may be made to the East Smithfield United Methodist
Church.
