Mrs. Samuel Gilpin died early this morning in the late residence, 703 south First street, a victim of consumption. The funeral will be held tomorrow.

C.S. Gilpin of Arkansas City is in the city to attend the funeral of his brother's wife who died yesterday.

The relatives of Mrs. Samuel Gilpin wish to extend their heartfelt thanks to the I.O.O.F., and friends in their bereavement. Services were conducted by the Rev. R.T. Mansfield, at the home of J.C. Gilpin, father-in-law of the deceased, at 702 South First street, Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment took place at 11 o'clock in Summit View cemetery.
