William S. Kellis, 93, who retired from Safeway stores as a meatcutter, died Dec. 12, 1984, at Hillhaven Healthcare.
Mr. Kellis, of Phoenix, was born in Sterling City, Texas, and brought to Arizona in 1907.
Survivors include his wife, Jessie; sons, Jack, LeeRoy, Robert and Raymond; a sister; 16 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in the Relief Society Room of the Phoenix 14th Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2222 N. 40th St. Chapel of Prayer Funeral Home, Mesa, made arrangements.
