Mr. Touchet was born on October 5, 1934 in Forked Island and was a resident of Carencro. He was previously employed with Brown & Root for many years until he retired. A veteran of the military, Mr. Touchet briefly served in the United States Navy until being discharged medically in 1951. He was a parishioner of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Ann Touchet, four daughters, two brothers, and one sister.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Odelion Touchet and Rena Guidry Touchet; one daughter, Rachael Bonvillain; and one brother, Oreal Touchet.
