Professional Motorcycle Rider. He started racing with minibikes, moving on to track races in 2002. Between 2003 and 2004 he raced in the 125 class of the Italian speed championship, finishing nineteenth and ninth. In 2005 he competed in the Imola Grand Prix of the Italian Supersport Championship with a Kawasaki ZX-6R finishing nineteenth. Since 2005 he has also raced in the European Superstock 600 championship up to becoming vice-champion in 2007. Also in 2007 he competed in a race in the CIV Supersport class without obtaining points. He then passed in 2008 in Superstock 1000 FIM Cup with the Honda CBR1000RR of the Althea Racing AX 52 team and then in 2009 he moved on to the Yamaha Italia Jr Trasimeno team and in the following two seasons with the Lorini Team, with the best result in 2010 when he was ranked fourth in the overall standings. Overall, in the European Superstock 600 and Superstock 1000 he reached the podium 14 times. In the 2010 and 2011 seasons he took part in the Italian Superstock 1000 championship, finishing in seventh place in the second year. In 2012, again with the Lorini team, he moved to the Supersport world championship, only to change mid-season to the Bike Service R.T., closing the season in tenth place. In 2013 he continued to take part in the Supersport world championship with the Kawasaki ZX-6R of the Goeleven team, reaching in the first part of the season the best results ever in the championship both for himself and for the team, with a fourth place in the race at the Ciudad circuit. of the Motor de Aragón and a fourth place in qualifying at the Moscow Raceway. He lost his life on the track, accidentally hit by compatriot Lorenzo Zanetti during the Superbike Grand Prix in Moscow, after a disastrous fall in adverse weather conditions.
