Bruno J. Haas, Menasha, age 84, passed away on Monday, February 14, 2005, at Oakridge Gardens Nursing Center in Menasha. Bruno was born July 5, 1920 in Menasha, the son of the late Adolf and Seraphine (Giebler) Haas.
He married Carol Baxter on April 24, 1968 in Menasha.
He served in the U.S. Navy. Bruno was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Menasha and Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Appleton. He enjoyed reading and doing crossword puzzles.
Bruno is survived by his wife Carol, his son Scot (Lori) Haas, Appleton, three grandchildren: Jennifer Kempf, Madalyn Haas and Kaitlyn Haas; two brothers Paul Haas, De Pere Richard Haas, Neenah two sisters: Bernadette Stadtler, Neenah Loretta Frassetto, Appleton.
Bruno was preceded in death by his son Keith Haas, and four brothers Joseph, Elmer, Roland, Herbert and a sister Irma Behrendt.
Funeral services for Bruno will be held on Wednesday February 16, 2005 at 3 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 528 Second Street, Menasha.
