He was born June 25, 1970, in East Liverpool, the son of the late Richard McCullough and Margie Mosser.
He was preceded in death by his foster father, Paul M. Bancik.
Survivors include his children, Amanda L. Nieman of Canton and Allen S. Vancooney of Salem; foster mother, Geraldine Bancik; sisters, Tracy L. Schaffer, Bobbi J. Mosser and Crystal D. Geho.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday in the Chapel at Highland Memorial Park on U.S. Route 62, Beloit.
