Frances E. Decker, 85, State College, died Saturday, July 2, 2005, at The Fairways at Brookline Village. Born Dec. 25, 1919, in Milroy, she was a daughter of the late George and Cora Stahl Wilson. On Dec. 2, 1937, she married George R. Decker, who died June 6, 2002. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church. She was a secretary for the German Department at Penn State; previously, she was a seamstress. She is survived by a daughter, Ella Joann Houtz, of State College, a son, Donald Lee Decker and his wife, Linda, of Whitehouse, OH, a sister, Dorothy Wilson, of Coalport, a brother, Fred Wilson, of Pleasant Gap, two grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. Funeral Wednesday at Koch Funeral Home, State College, Rev. Thomas H. Jacobs officiating. Burial in Pine Hall Cemetery. [Centre Daily]
