Pauline Arnold, the daughter of the late Jim Whitehead and Mrs. Nevada Whitehead, was born September 1, 1930 in Steele, Mo., and died December 16, 1985 in Steele. She was 55. She was a member of the Nazarene Church.
She leaves three sons: Larry Don Arnold of Chicago, Ill., Bobby Arnold of Anna, Ill., and Jeffery Allen Arnold of Blytheville; one daughter, Sharon Harrison; her mother: Nevada Whitehead; two brothers: Willie Whitehead and Woodrow Whitehead, all of Steele; two sisters: Florie Bradfield of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Juanita Whitehead of Steele; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Roger Sawyers, Jim Whitehead, Gary Thompson, Randy Griggs, Carroll Littrell, and J.B. Bernard.
Services were held December 19, 1985 at 2 p.m. at the Nazarene Church in Steele with Rev. Wendall Buck and Rev. Jim Doyle officiating.
Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery with German-Aumon Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
