Rites Wednesday For R. F. Laners

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday for Richard Francis Landers, 74, who lived near Connersville. Services will be conducted in the Huddleston Mortuary in that city, and burial will be in Asbury Cemetery at Morristown. The Rev. Boyde Nelson of Morristown, formerly of New Salem, will conduct the rites.

Mr. Landers was the husband of Mary Jane Landers, a teacher in the Richland Township school, this county.

In addition to the widow, he is survived by two sisters and a brother. Mr. Landers, who opened a law office 40 years ago in Connersville, retired recently because of failing eyesight. He had also engaged for years in the abstracting business.
