Services for William R Blinn, 63, of 1118 Hernstead, will be at 11 am Monday in First Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Rose Hill Mausoleum under direction of Street & Draper Funeral Home. He died Saturday in Norman.
Born in Butler, PA, he came to Oklahoma City in 1940 from Tulsa. He was a member of the First Lutheran Church. Survivors include is wife, Dorothy, of the home; and three brothers, Marion, Dell and Allen, all of the Butler (PA) area.
