Carter was a 1999 graduate of Herndon High School and earned his Bachelor''s degree of Science at George Mason University. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday June 7, 2010 at St. Thomas a'' Beckett Catholic Church 1421 Wiehle Ave., Reston, VA 20190; where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Interment to follow at Chestnut Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in CJ''s name to Special Olympics of Virginia, 3212 Skipwith Rd.
