Eileen was the only daughter of William J. and Corrina Marie (Curd) Fritz. Sometime between 1926 and 1930 the family moved from Oshkosh, Wisconsin to Los Angeles, California. Eileen graduated from the Burbank High School.
Eileen married Jack Riggio 24 Sep 1943 in Vallejo, California. Jack was serving in the U.S. Navy at the time. They had two sons, Jack Jr. and Mark.
Eileen enjoyed community service work, especially as a member of the St. Joseph Hospital Guild. She held several positions on the board, and chaired many important fundraisers.
Eileen died from coronary artery disease.
