Mrs. McDaniel was born in the Woodlawn, area, the son of the late Edgar B. and Bertie May Hurst Humphrey. She was married to James W. McDaniel, on Dec.
24, 1934, in Seneca, where they lived and farmed. She had also been employed as a housekeeper and at several drug stores. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Sabetha. Surviving are one son, Gary McDaniel, Sabetha; two sisters, Mary Millhollin, Englewood, and Carol Rhaesa, Salina, two granddaughters and one greatgrandchild. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m
Monday at the Popkess Mortuary, Sabetha. Burial will be in the Wetmore.
