On August 24, 1968 he married the former Joyce Sylvia Vernes in Milford, Connecticut. David was a proud Marine who loved to golf and spend time with his family and friends. He always had a joke or a story to tell and he will be greatly missed ("and that's a true story").
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Joyce (Vernes) Jerauld; daughters Lori King, Rebecca (Andy) Klie, and Davina (Geoff) Magargal; grandchildren Andrea and April King, Abigail and Ethan Klie, and Grant and Ashley Magargal; brothers Lynn (Joann) and Duane (Jane) and sister Marilyn Travis (Gary Mannisto), several aunts and uncles, and many nieces, nephews and cousins he loved.
Friends may call from 7:00-9:00 p.m., Thursday, June 27 at the Daniel K Regan Funeral Home, 232 South Main Street, Montrose, PA. A private burial service for immediate family will take place Friday, June 28 at the South Montrose Cemetery in South Montrose, PA.
