Oct. 23, 2001 DELANSON-- Douglas Lee Tidbal, who was an analyst and
computer programmer for the New York State Lottery for 19 years,
died Monday at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady after a long illness. Mr. Tidball
of Thousand Acre Road, was 59
Born and educated in Schenectady, Mr. Tidball was a life-long area resident.
He retired in July. Mr. Tidball was a Protestant.
Survivors include his wife, Marion "Linda" Tidball, whom he married Jan. 20, 1967;
two sons, Mark Douglas Tidball of Schenectady, and Roger Douglas Tidball of Duanesburg; two daughters, Barbara Lynn Olsen of Duanesburg, and Melissa Ann Clickner of Goffstown, N.H.;
Four brothers, Lawrence, Tidball of Troy, John tidball of North Carolina, Clifford Tidball of Rotterdam and Joseph Tidball of Great Lakes.; a sister Lucille Palmer of Howes Cave; and eight Grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Light's funeral Home, 1428 State St., Schenectady. Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memory's Garden, Colonie.
