Barton, James "Jim", of Fenton, Missouri, was born January 30, 1957, in Lambeth, England, to Frederick A. and Margaret M. (nee Milne) Barton, and entered into rest, Sunday, July 28, 2013, at his residence in Fenton, Missouri, at the age of 56 years, 5 months and 28 days.
He is preceded in death by his father and one (1) brother, John Barton.
He is survived by his wife, Mary (nee Kinskey) Barton, married December 16, 1977 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania,
four (4) children, Michael (Katheryn) Barton, of St. Louis, Missouri, Ian (Koga) Barton, of Urbandale, Iowa, James Barton, of Columbia, Missouri and Anna Barton, of Fenton, Missouri, two (2) grandchildren, Jonathan Barton and Max Barton, his mother, Margaret Barton, seven (7) siblings, Mary (Arthur) Hutchinson, of England, Chris Barton, of London, England, Fred (Holly) Barton, Hickory, Pennsylvania, Frank Barton, of Cannonsburg, Pennsylvania, David (Christine) Barton, Cannonsburg, Pennsylvania, Penelope (Dave) Murphy, of Baltimore, Maryland and Andrew (Nicole) Barton, of California, and many other relatives and friends. Jim is fondly remembered and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He worked at Peabody Energy in downtown St. Louis, MO. He was a personal close friend to my husband.
